Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-leading software. (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI etc.)
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to align schedules with project requirements and objectives.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource allocation.
