Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and execute human resource strategies aligned with our corporate goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing organizational culture.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the contractor or engineering consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and modern HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for technical and non-technical staff.
- Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR initiatives to support organizational development and employee engagement.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and advise management on HR best practices.
