Young Engineers who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and alignment with RHC’s core values during the program undergo a formal Performance Appraisal Process.
Based on appraisal outcomes and strategic talent review by senior management, successful trainees are offered employment in designated departments, with tailored career tracks aligned to both organizational priorities and individual strengths.
The rotational experience of young Engineers offers:
- Departmental rotationsacross Design, Supervision, and Project Management units.
- Targeted learning modulesin Project Controls, HSE, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance.
- On-site immersionat signature infrastructure projects including dams, highways, and water supply systems.
