Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within an engineering consultancy or similar field.
Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Regularly review and update documents to ensure compliance with the latest ISO standards.
- Control and maintain document versioning, distribution, and archiving systems.
- Establish and maintain a centralized digital library for storing and retrieving organizational documents, reports, and project records.
- Ensure proper indexing, categorization, and version control of documents for efficient access and retrieval.
- Implement best practices for digital archiving, ensuring data security, backup, and compliance with document retention policies.
- Conduct regular audits of the digital library to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards and organizational procedures.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the preparation and execution of external audits conducted by certification bodies.
- Monitor engineering project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to define quality requirements and specifications.
- Perform inspections, tests, and evaluations to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate quality-related training sessions and awareness programs for staff.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company quality requirements.
