Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-leading software. (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, PowerBI etc.)
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to align schedules with project requirements and objectives.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholder to implement the institutional transformative initiatives to strengthen the project management culture within the organization.
