Position Title: HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Overview:

A reputable engineering consultancy organization is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding of technical and non-technical professionals within the engineering consultancy domain.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering consultancy, construction, or technical services sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews with technical panels and senior management
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases with accuracy
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Ensure timely closure of positions in alignment with project requirements
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical recruitment for engineering roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR databases/ATS
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple hiring demands
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
